/Shipping Time

Regular Items: We will ship within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirming payment.

Made-to-Order Items: We will ship within 4 weeks after confirming payment.

We offer seasonal online jewelry orders: “Spring Collection” in March, “Summer Collection” in June, “Autumn Collection” in September, and “Winter Collection” in December.
We announce our order sales schedule through our Newsletter, website News section, and Instagram.

/Shipping & Delivery

Once the shipment is complete, we will provide you with a tracking number.

Domestic (Japan) Shipping via Yamato Transport:

  • Nationwide flat rate: 900 yen

International Shipping via EMS:

  • China, South Korea, Taiwan: 1,750 yen
  • Asia (excluding China, South Korea, Taiwan): 2,200 yen
  • Oceania, Canada, Mexico, Middle East, Europe: 3,450 yen
  • United States (including Guam and other overseas territories): 4,200 yen
  • Central and South America (excluding Mexico), Africa: 3,900 yen

/Receipt Issuance

If you require a receipt, please provide detailed information in the remarks section during purchase.

/Payment Methods

 

  • Credit Card, PayPal: If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 3 days after payment, please contact us through our form.
  • Bank Transfer (San-in-gou-dou Bank): Please make your payment within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the day after placing your order. If payment is not received within 3 business days, we will automatically cancel your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 3 days after payment, please contact us through our form. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer. If the transfer is made under a name different from the orderer’s, please inform us in the remarks section during purchase.

/Returns, Exchanges, Loss

Defective Items: If the item is defective, we will bear the shipping costs and exchange it for a good product. Please contact us within 1 week after the product arrives using this form.
